Last Updated: March 29, 2026

Welcome to Rovitire. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rovitire website (rovitire.com) and our commercial mobile tire and roadside assistance services. By accessing our website, requesting dispatch, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

01

Description of Services

Rovitire provides mobile commercial tire repair, replacement, and related roadside assistance services for commercial vehicles, fleets, and owner-operators. Our services are dispatched to your provided location.

02

Service Requests and Dispatch

When you request service, you must provide accurate information regarding your vehicle (make, model, tire size, DOT number), exact location, and the nature of the breakdown.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): Any ETA provided by our dispatch team is an estimate based on current traffic, weather, and technician availability. We do not guarantee exact arrival times and are not liable for any losses or delays caused by arriving later than the estimated time.
03

Safety and Refusal of Service

The safety of our technicians and our customers is our top priority.

!
Our technicians reserve the right to refuse or halt service if they deem the location unsafe (e.g., narrow highway shoulders, unstable ground, hazardous weather conditions, or unsafe cargo).
!
If a vehicle needs to be moved to a safer location before service can be performed, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for towing or relocation.
04

Pricing, Estimates, and Payment

$
Estimates: Quotes provided over the phone are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change once the technician inspects the vehicle and determines the actual required labor and parts.
$
Call-Out Fees: All dispatched services are subject to a standard call-out or service fee, regardless of whether a repair can be successfully completed.
$
Payment Terms: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service, prior to the release of the vehicle, unless a pre-approved Net-30 commercial fleet account has been established. We accept major credit cards and authorized fleet checks.
05

Cancellations and "Gone On Arrival" (GOA)

We understand that circumstances change, but dispatching a heavy commercial service vehicle incurs significant costs.

×
Cancellations: If you cancel a service request after a technician has already been dispatched, you will be charged a standard cancellation fee to cover fuel and lost routing time.
×
Gone On Arrival (GOA): If our technician arrives at the designated location and the vehicle is no longer there, or the driver refuses service without prior cancellation, you will be billed the full call-out fee plus any applicable mileage.
06

Warranties and Disclaimers

Parts and Tires: New tires and parts installed by Rovitire are covered solely by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Rovitire does not independently warranty tires against road hazards, blowouts, or punctures occurring after installation.
Workmanship: We warrant our service labor to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 30 days. This does not cover damage caused by overloading, improper vehicle maintenance, or subsequent road hazards.
As-Is Service: Except as expressly stated above, all services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied.
07

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovitire, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to:

Lost profits, lost revenue, or commercial downtime.
Spoilage or loss of cargo.
Pre-existing damage to the vehicle, rims, or lug nuts (such as cross-threaded studs or cracked wheels prior to our arrival).
Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service call in question.
08

Customer Responsibilities

The customer or their authorized driver must be present at the vehicle during service unless prior arrangements have been made with dispatch. The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is legally parked and secured.

09

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or near Fulton County, Georgia.

10

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to rovitire.com. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
